Why holidays are essential in working life✨

As CEO & Founder, I know the constant balancing act between growth, responsibility, and creativity. Especially in our industry, which thrives on ideas, energy, and speed, you might think there’s no time for a break.

But the opposite is true.

✅ Rest is an investment: Vacation is an investment in productivity, focus, and health. Those who switch off come back with fresh energy and new perspectives.

✅ Creativity needs distance: The best ideas often come when we’re not sitting at our desks, but when we’re experiencing new things, reading, simply relaxing, and spending time with our loved ones. Distance creates space for new thoughts.

✅ Leading by example: As a manager, it’s my job to shape not only results but also corporate culture. If I don’t allow myself to take breaks, I signal to my team that relaxation is “bad for business” – which is simply not true.

✅ Long-term success instead of constant stress: Those who regularly recharge their batteries can work more sustainably and deliver top performance over a long period of time.

That’s why I encourage my team to take their vacations consciously – and I take my own time off as well. Because only those who recharge their batteries can perform at full capacity in the long term.

What do you think? Is vacation a must for you or a “nice-to-have”?
