Vision Circle #1: Authenticity and branding in the spirit of the times

5 years of FARBE BLAU – our anniversary with a view to the future
Five years of FARBE BLAU – a milestone for us that we didn’t want to let pass by unnoticed. Instead of looking back, we used our anniversary at Lake Ammersee to launch a new format: the Vision Circle.

For Vision Circle #1, we invited around 30 selected guests to the Groundlift Studio in the old brewery in Stegen am Ammersee. The extraordinary location provided the perfect setting for intensive discussions, new perspectives, and genuine exchange. Our goal: to create space for inspiration, dialogue, and questions about the future relating to brands, communication, and social responsibility.

Authenticity as the key to successful brand management
The theme of the evening was “Authenticity and brands in the spirit of the times.” Together with five experts from the fields of communication, media, brand staging, design, and art, we discussed how brands can take responsibility today and remain relevant in a social context.

“Brands today bear a great responsibility. With their content and impulses, they play an important social role. Their success lies in positioning themselves in a social, political, and economic context, remaining agile, and continuously questioning their values and messages.” – Sinja Grimme, CEO FARBE BLAU.

The connection between physical presence and digital communities was also highlighted as essential. “Brands need space to unfold their impact – physical presence remains essential for companies,” said Peter Gross.

Another exciting topic of discussion was the role of art in brand management: art can open up emotional spaces that make brands credible, individual, and authentic.

Leadership, start-ups, and authenticity – prominent inspiration
A particular highlight for us was the visit by entrepreneur and TV presenter Judith Williams and her husband Alexander-Klaus Stecher. Both emphasized how important authenticity is, especially in the area of leadership and for start-ups.

This once again made it clear that authenticity is not only a brand value, but also a decisive success factor for business personalities.

Innovation in the Five Lakes Region – inspiration away from the big city
It is remarkable that in the Five Lakes Region – right next to the metropolis of Munich – a space has been created where highly respected experts discuss essential future topics at a business level. Innovative strength is often associated with urban centers, but the Vision Circle shows that even on Lake Ammersee, a place can be created that facilitates dialogue, visions, and new perspectives for brands and companies.

It is precisely this combination of vision and regional roots that makes the Vision Circle particularly valuable to us.

Our conclusion: A format with a future
For us, Vision Circle #1 was an evening full of food for thought, new connections, and genuine inspiration.

“Bringing people from different industries and roles together to discuss socially relevant topics is becoming increasingly important in our fast-paced world—and can provide guidance.” – Sinja Grimme.

We would like to continue this new format and plan to hold the Vision Circle twice a year in the future. The next Vision Circle is already being planned for spring 2026 – once again with topics that rethink brand management, authenticity, and leadership.
