Our 2025 Year in Review: A year full of inspiration
A year of change
2025 was a special year for us, full of growth, inspiration, and shared successes. As a team, we not only expanded our staff, but also broke new ground, strengthened existing partnerships, and established innovative formats. In 2025, we also celebrated our fifth anniversary—a significant milestone that fills us with pride and gratitude.


New additions to the team: Two new colleagues enrich FARBE BLAU
Last year, we welcomed two new colleagues to our team. With their energy, expertise, and fresh perspective, they have noticeably enriched FARBE BLAU. Together, we have been able to generate new momentum, approach projects in an even more versatile way, and further develop our team dynamics.
Events and inspiration: Sinja Grimme’s inspiring experiences at the “Club europäischer Unternehmerinnen“
Sinja’s participation in the events of the Club of European Women Entrepreneurs is always a special highlight. Her impressions of the events were characterized by openness, exchange, and mutual support. Kristina Tröger and her team consistently succeed in bringing outstanding personalities with exciting topics to the forefront of the events. The encounters and inspiration from the meetings have not only opened up new perspectives, but also further strengthened the entrepreneurial spirit within the team. Sinja’s experiences enrich the entire FARBE BLAU network.



Media presence: Fünfseenland magazine as the voice of the region
In 2025, Fünfseenland Magazine significantly expanded its presence in regional and national media. As an important voice in the region, we succeeded in bringing exciting stories, innovative ideas, and inspiring personalities to a wide audience. The positive response showed how much FARBE BLAU strikes a chord with the magazine and actively contributes to networking and development in the region.
Vision Circle: A new format for exclusive business networking
With Vision Circle #1, we launched a new business talk networking event in 2025. This exclusive format brings together selected experts to exchange ideas and develop shared visions in an inspiring atmosphere. The response was overwhelming: not only the participants, but also the media showed great interest in our approach of combining business networking with depth and genuine encounters. The media attention extended to an article in BUNTE magazine and encouraged us to further develop our format and definitely continue it. We are already looking forward to the second round on March 12, 2026, with the current topic: “Made in Germany” – the significance for brands, companies, and the economy.



Network and projects: New contacts and perspectives thanks to Sinja’s commitment
Sinja’s commitment and constant networking led to valuable new contacts and forward-looking projects. She was able to build bridges, initiate new collaborations, and further establish FARBE BLAU as a creative and reliable partner. These new connections not only enrich our network, but also open up exciting prospects for the coming months.
Team workshop: Taking collaboration to a new level
Another highlight was our team workshop on optimizing internal collaboration at the Hotel Obermühle in Garmisch. In open, constructive sessions, we were able to reflect on our working methods, identify strengths, and develop new methods for mutual success. The positive effects of the workshop are noticeable in everyday life: communication and team spirit have been sharpened, and we are starting the next projects with renewed motivation.
DESIGNPLUS: Anniversary and active collaboration
2025 also marked the beginning of our collaboration with DESIGNPLUS. Implementing joint projects went smoothly right from the start, and we look forward to all future projects with excitement. A particular highlight was the SALON39 event to mark the 30th anniversary of DESIGNPLUS, a day full of exchange, inspiration, input, and above all, courage.
Another special event was our joint Christmas party in Hamburg. The program included an inspiring creative workshop, a festive dinner, and joint window shopping, which provided numerous wonderful moments and creative exchange.



Learnings: What we take away from 2025
The year 2025 has impressively demonstrated how valuable openness to new ideas, flexibility, and the courage to embrace change are. Through a wide range of projects and events, we have learned that communication forms the basis for sustainable success. We have also learned that it is often the right approach to let go of things in order to make room for new ideas and further development.
Our learnings motivate us to continue to see challenges as opportunities and to pursue innovative paths together in the future.



Outlook: Looking forward to the new year 2026
We look back on an eventful 2025 with pride and gratitude. The experience we have gained, the new contacts and projects we have made, and the strengthened team dynamics are a strong foundation for the future. We look forward to continuing the Vision Circle, to new projects and challenges, and to shaping the next chapters of FARBE BLAU together with our team, our partners, and our network.
