Accenture & SAP AI Summit

At short notice, we were asked to take over event planning for the Accenture and SAP AI Summit—a project that was both highly inspiring in terms of content and quite ambitious in terms of timing.

Our task: to develop the overall event strategy.
Our goal: to create a format that stands out among the multitude of AI events.

A strong theme for a consistent experience

To achieve this, we developed a strong, visually recognizable brand. Under the theme “Creating the new,” we created a consistent experience across all touchpoints. From the registration email to giveaways and branding to the on-site experience, everything followed a clear concept and a unified visual style. A special highlight was the opening film, which kicked off the summit with a truly cinematic moment.

Being here in person and guiding around 400 attendees through the AI Summit is a real highlight for us. At the same time, we’re eagerly following the latest insights and developments in AI. The event, which has grown so successfully over the years, impressively demonstrates the immense synergy and innovative strength of Accenture and SAP.
