Team Workshop: Growing Together – A Look Back and a Look Ahead

Last September, our team took a decisive step: Without external support from a coach, we worked together to define our roles and restructure our collaboration. This first workshop showed us just how strong our team cohesion already is—the positive team spirit was palpable from the start and made team-building activities unnecessary. In our view, the workshop was therefore entirely effective even without a coach.

With a new team lineup and renewed motivation, we moved on to the next phase this April. Our goal: to further refine our understanding of roles and make our collaboration even more efficient. To achieve this, we brought in Behija Karup as our coach this time, who provided valuable insights with her expertise and appreciative approach. A heartfelt thank you to you for your inspiring guidance! In the workshop, we developed clear communication channels and sustainably optimized our workflows.

Our stay at the Hotel Obermühle in Garmisch provided the perfect setting for our offsite: shared downtime in the wellness area, wonderful four-course dinners, and the productive workshop atmosphere further strengthened the positive team spirit.

Our Takeaways and Outlook
We’re taking away many valuable insights and look forward to integrating them into our daily work. The development of our team shows that team culture and collaboration constantly need new space—and we’re proud to be walking this path together.
The workshop was not only a milestone in our collaborative work, but also a source of new inspiration.
